RECRUITING

We maintain a selective onboarding process to verify security and fit. All prospective members must meet the following baseline requirements:

  • Communication Infrastructure: Active participation in Discord and a functional microphone for operations are required.
  • Operational Readiness: Willingness to participate in corporate operations, home defense, and fleet activities when active.
  • Mature Professionalism: We maintain a collaborative, adult gaming environment. Toxicity, drama, and politics are not permitted.
  • 10M+ Skillpoints Recommended: Active combat specs and capital or industrial ship capabilities are favored, but dedicated accounts showing high activity will be considered.

Application Procedure

Register all characters on the corporation SeAT audit portal: seat.rejected.live.

Link all characters on the Alliance Kraken security portal: kraken.vapor.services.

On SeAT, submit your application to join the corporation by navigating to:
SeAT > Human Resources > Profile > Apply (located in the top right corner).

Link your Discord account by navigating to:
SeAT > Connector > Identities, and complete the authentication process.

Once in Discord, open a recruitment ticket to notify the onboarding team.
